Closed yesterday, in Beijing, the II Summit of the “Belt and Road Initiative” - the “New Silk Road” - the most ambitious project of this century, according to many analysts, for the realignment of the planet's geo-economy / geopolitics.
As you recall, launched in 2013, por Xi Jiping, your goal is to create an economic belt, technological and cultural link uniting Asia with Europe and Africa, thus expanding the layout and scope of the original Silk Road, that drawn by the Chinese during the Han dynasty (check. II a.C / II d.C), was the great corridor through which goods from the East reached Europe. It's broken, that lasted until the Turks took Constantinople in 1453, was, as we know, the greatest commercial and civilizational link in history.
