The beginning of the uncertain world

A ordem multilateral acabou há um tempo, mas ainda vivíamos em sua inércia. Agora estamos vivendo em um mundo em que ela claramente não consegue controlar o comportamento dos atores internacionais, mas estes ainda não sabem quais são os limites de uma atuação unilateral. Historicamente momentos como estes foram bem tumultuados e geraram guerras intensas. O diálogo unilateral parece ser o caminho que temos para evitar isso tudo.
